SITI-B&T Group Portal, the new online spare parts service from the SITI–B&T Group, has been launched. This effective and secure service is dedicated specifically to B&T Group clients who will be able to view, order and purchase original spare parts for the machinery in their possession directly online.

In order to use the new online service, your company will have a password and personalised user ID to access the restricted pages of the new SITI-B&T Group Portal. The confidentiality of your account and the security of the data inserted are assured by the SSL password cryptography system used in industrial and banking sectors.

This new e-commerce service will allow the B&T client to create lists of spare parts, with availability automatically updated by the system, to verify prices and customised discounts, order spare parts directly online, consult the technical documentation for ongoing projects, examine the technical documents for maintenance and spare parts, updated with any modifications or technological innovations that have been introduced.

A service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week completely at the client’s disposal from the SITI-B&T Group.
